Data Privacy Bootcamp – the GDPR and Pension Schemes

Mark Prinsley and Oliver Yaros, partners in our IP & IT Group, and Jay Doraisamy, partner in our Pensions Group, presented a bootcamp on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its implications for UK pension schemes. This 1.5 hour long seminar explored the new requirements under the GDPR, and provided a detailed assessment of the ten steps that UK pension schemes need to take to get ready to comply with the GDPR by 25 May 2018.
