The first looks at whether an employee can be prevented from claiming constructive dismissal based on a memo of legal advice to the employer which was accidentally sent to the employee. The second case deals with the issue of dismissal of an employee for alleged matters outside work, and the third considers whether a belief in “democratic socialism” is protected under the Equality Act 2010.
